Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia begins with the court or clerk that keeps the record. In Warren County, Cynthia Cheeley-Lazenby, Clerk of Superior Court, maintains Superior and Juvenile files, civil and criminal dockets, and trial calendars. The separate Probate and Magistrate office handles estates, guardianships, warrants, bond matters, smaller civil claims, and dispossessory proceedings. Warrenton keeps its municipal traffic and ordinance docket. Since each office has its own jurisdiction and access route, a search in the wrong system can look like a missing case. The resource brings those official routes and distinctions into one clear starting point.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of the Superior Court of Warren County, a lower court, a clerk’s office, or a Georgia agency. Its role stops at explaining public routes and offices. Those limits include the following:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- It cannot change, continue, or reset a court date or hearing
- It cannot amend, remove, restrict, or seal a case record
- It cannot create a certified copy of a docket, order, or filing
- It cannot give legal advice about a particular Warren County case
- It cannot promise that a fee, setting, or office detail remains current after publication
An official or certified docket or court record must come from the clerk or court that holds the original Warren County file. A private reference resource cannot authenticate or issue it.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and charges. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free public use of this resource. The site does not set provider prices, select the returned records, or control the provider’s coverage.
